Note *1: Pick-up and drop-off are only available at hotels located in the El Poblado, Laureles, or Estadio neighborhoods between 8:00 and 9:15 AM. Your reservation must include the hotel name and address. Pick-up is not available for accommodations in other areas or neighborhoods. In these cases, passengers must go to one of the following meeting points: El Poblado Park at 8:00 AM or Estadio Metro Station at 8:50 AM. The vehicle may arrive at these points with a tolerance of 10 to 30 minutes due to scheduled pick-ups and city traffic. Note 3. It is mandatory to issue a travel medical assistance card for each passenger, therefore in your reservation you must indicate full names and identification number, passport, ID card or other.
