Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a local guide who will introduce you to the history of the Bacalh�a family and their influence on the region’s winemaking traditions. In addition to its rich winemaking history, Pal�cio da Bacalh�a is also renowned for its impressive art collection. This collection enhances the cultural experience of the winery, offering visitors a unique perspective on the integration of art and wine in the region.
Begin your visit with a tour of the Quinta da Bacalh�a vineyards, where you will learn about the grape varieties, wine growing, and winemaking processes unique to this region.
