You will visit the huge Palace of Versailles by joining our guide on site. He will introduce you to the superb royal apartments while telling you about the life of the Kings of France of that time, from Francis I to Louis XVI. After this visit, which will immerse you in the history of France, you will have time to stroll through the Palace's gardens and visit the estate of Trianon.

You'll meet our guide directly on place, Place d'Armes (under the statue of Louis XIV) 78000 Versailles.

He will give you a time-stamped passport with a queue-jumping access that will allow you to access the entire Domaine de Versailles including the gardens, the Grand and Petit Trianon as well as the atypical Hameau de la Reine.. Our guide will tell you the history of the great monarchs from Louis XIV to Louis XVI, with lively anecdotes about their reigns and daily lives. Once a reception hall where numerous ceremonies took place, it has remained the most impressive room in the palace. Its countless mirrors, its length, and perfect condition of the floors, are sure to dazzle.

You can imagine yourself attending a long-ago ball and gazing out at the park which opens out in front of the large terrace. After the guided tour you'll have the opportunity to stroll through the gardens and admire the work of Andr� le N�tre, an unparalleled landscape architect, while passing through the walkways and viewing the flowers and fountains that cover the grounds of the park. You will also have the opportunity to discover the Grand Trianon designed by Louis XIV to escape the splendours of the Court and the Petit Trianon built by Louis XV for his favourite Madame de Pompadour. Finally, don't miss the Hameau de la Reine, a place particularly appreciated by Marie Antoinette, where she liked to rest with her children.
